Yorkville Cottage | Modern Renovation

One of the oldest houses in Yorkville was modernized with a new kitchen, new bathrooms and custom built-ins. Space planning incorporated a powder room on the first floor and a master closet combined with an existing old fashioned bathroom to create a luxurious spa-like interior. The front hall’s worn pine boards were replaced with a marble, geometric pattern creating an elegant centre hall, rare in a Toronto townhouse.
