ORDER STATUS

You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order. When your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes a UPS tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your order to receive tracking information.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact ABSOLUTELY INC directly by phone at 416-922-6784.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

ABSOLUTELY INC accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Visa Debit. We do not accept debit, cheques, cash, or money orders. Payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars. Charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with our then-current shipping policies, as described below.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to Ontario. Please note that tax calculations are based on province and country locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other country outside of Canada will be subject to duties.

 

Please Note:  Any and all duties will be your responsibility and will be determined by the customs department in accordance to the laws in each specific region.

 

We will inform you of the shipping costs for the shipment method you would have selected in the order summary displayed on this Website before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your Absolutely Inc. purchase we’re pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 7 days from the date you received your order. Returns can be refunded as Absolutely Inc credits or to the original method of payment, where applicable.

 

We will only accept returns for items that have not been used or altered in any way. All tags must be attached and the product must be in its original packaging.

 

Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Absolutely Inc.

 

Full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund, credit or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. Sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE. Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within a 1 month period.

FINAL SALE

All products not eligible to be returned will be noted in the Product Details. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items and sales of the following items are considered Final Sale:

 

  • Vintage Items
  • Vintage Jewellery
  • Customized items and orders

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

STEP 1:

Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to the following address: Absolutely North, 1236 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario M4T 1W3. You must enclose the original receipt with your returns, or a copy if you are returning part of your order.

 

  • Reference and comply with the Return Instructions enclosed in your original order and place it inside the return package.

If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please contact Absolutely Inc, customer for further assistance

 

STEP 2:

Please affix the return Label onto Package. Note that we’re not responsible for Shipping Fees. If it is sent COD the amount of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
